Wedding cars in Dubai: a planning checklist

On a wedding day, transport is one of those details nobody notices when it goes right — and everybody remembers when it goes wrong. In Dubai, where venues can be spread from the Palm to the desert, good planning makes all the difference. This checklist walks you through every vehicle and every timing, so the day runs as smoothly as the cars.
1. Choose the couple’s car first
The couple’s car is the one in the photographs, so choose it before anything else.

2. Plan transport for family and the wedding party
Parents, grandparents and bridesmaids often need to move at the same time as the couple. A Cadillac Escalade (up to 6 passengers) or a Mercedes-Benz V-Class (up to 7) keeps the closest family together and on schedule.
3. Decide how guests will travel
If guests are staying in hotels away from the venue, shuttles save everyone stress and keep the celebration on time.

4. Add something for the celebration

5. Build the timeline
Work backwards from the ceremony time and share it with us when you request a quote:
- Pick-up time and address for the couple
- Pick-up times for family and the wedding party
- Photo-shoot stops between venues, if any
- Guest shuttle schedule from hotels to the venue
- Return journeys at the end of the night
- Names and phone numbers of a contact person on the day
Planning tip: allow extra time for photographs and for traffic — Dubai roads can be busy at peak hours, especially in the early evening.
6. Book early
Luxury cars and large coaches are often the first vehicles to be reserved for wedding dates, particularly at weekends and in the cooler months. Send your request as soon as your date and venue are confirmed.
7. Ask about the details
