Questions about booking a chauffeur
How do I book a chauffeur with Calibra Drive?
Send your trip details through our quote form, on WhatsApp at +971 56 160 5637, or by phone. We reply with a recommended vehicle and a price. Your booking is confirmed once you agree to the quote.
Are your prices fixed?
Every journey is quoted before you book, so you know the price in advance. The quote depends on the route, how long you need the car, the pick-up time, any special requests and vehicle availability.
Can I hire a car with driver for a full day?
Yes. Our full-day hire gives you a car and chauffeur for ten hours. If you need a different duration, tell us and we will quote for it.
Do you travel outside Dubai?
Yes. We provide private transfers and chauffeur services across all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
Which vehicle suits my group?
Sedans seat up to four passengers, our larger SUVs up to six and the Mercedes-Benz V-Class up to seven with seven bags. For bigger groups we have minibuses and coaches for 12 to 50 passengers.
What details do you need for an airport pick-up?
Your flight number, date, arrival time, terminal, number of passengers and bags, and your drop-off address. A phone number with WhatsApp helps us reach you on arrival.
