- Airport arrivalsWe track every flight; your guest is met in arrivals with a name board, or at the FBO for private jets. Up to 60 minutes of waiting after landing is free.
- Office and hotel pickupsChauffeurs arrive early and wait at the entrance, with 15 minutes free.

- Receive a quote and a planVehicles, chauffeurs and timings confirmed in writing, with each driver’s name and mobile before the day. Corporate accounts with monthly invoicing are available.

Calibra Drive is a private chauffeur company operating under Calibra Tourism LLC from Al Quoz First, Dubai, with a team whose background in Dubai’s car rental and tourism trade goes back to 2012. Our chauffeurs hold UAE licences and know the executive arrival points across the country: Dubai International Terminals 1, 2 and 3; the Dubai South private aviation terminals at Al Maktoum (DWC); Zayed International and Al Bateen Executive Airport in Abu Dhabi; and Sharjah International with its Gama Aviation terminal. Drivers do not discuss passengers, destinations or what is said in the car.

Corporate chauffeur questions, answered
What happens if an executive’s flight is delayed?
We track the flight and adjust the pickup. The chauffeur waits up to 60 minutes after landing at no charge.
Are tolls, parking and fuel included in corporate bookings?
Yes. Fuel, Salik and Darb tolls, and parking are included. Extra hours are AED 100 for sedans and AED 200 for SUVs and vans; luxury cars and coaches are quoted.
Can you provide child seats for executives travelling with family?
Yes, free of charge, up to two per car. Let us know the children’s ages when booking.
Can my company book on account?
Corporate accounts with monthly invoicing are available. Each corporate client has a single point of contact for bookings and changes.
